Maroof holds globally recognized real estate specific designations including Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute, Professional Appraiser (AACI, P.App) of the Appraisal Institute of Canada, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the CCIM Institute, Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) qualified in Building Surveying holding two current charterships in Project Management and Valuation. He is a licensed Real Estate ‘Broker’ with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), presently fulfilling his second term on the Discipline and Appeals Committee. I had almost 20 years of working as a Legal Assistant with Lawyers in the Burlington area until I made the move to being a Financial Advisor in 2013. I share an office with two other IPC Advisors and offer Mutual Funds and Life Insurance. The CEA Program is a great addition to my credentials to help our clients and their family members during their crisis situations.
