It took 20 years in the brokerage industry, a masters in counselling and psychology and even a fromager certificate (yes, I love and studied the art of cheese, but don’t ask me to make it!) plus a pandemic to really put my finger on the issue that plagues finance professionals. Your pressures aren’t limited to the market, client goals and brokerage needs. Let’s be honest — life happens. The risks you’re trying to mitigate involve so much more than what your typical CE course addresses. And I’m the kind of person who isn’t afraid of having these weird and difficult conversations (no judgement here!). Which is why, as an educator and mental health professional, I built an entire practice around helping you get through all this funky business.

With over 20+ years of experience in government and executive administration, Lisa started her own business in 2014. For the past 11 years, Ross Street Agency Inc. has assisted small businesses, non-profits and individuals with various executive administration, HR, communications and government relations issues.  After receiving her CEA in 2024, Lisa started an end of life and estate planning business called "A Matter of Life and Death" (www.amatteroflifeanddeath.ca). Lisa earned an MPA in Public Administration from Western University and an undergraduate BA in Geography and Political Science also from Western. Lisa is able to assist anyone in the Southwestern Ontario area in person, or virtually. 

Craig became a valuable member of the JFG team in 2023, bringing with him a rich background in wealth management gained during his tenure with two prominent Canadian asset management firms.

Graduating from Wilfrid Laurier University in June 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he majored in Psychology (Honours). He is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at McMaster University on a part-time basis. He strongly believes in professional development and is an advocate for continuing education. He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and is currently working towards his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
