Business succession planning is a complex issue, especially when it involves family members. How can business owners ensure their retirement income stream is protected when they retire and pass the reins to their kids? How can you transfer it without excessive tax consequences? How do you fairly compensate their kids who aren't inheriting shares of the business? (Keeping in mind that fair doesn't necessarily mean equal). We can also help individuals prepare in advance to act as an executor for a deceased business owner when the time comes.
My team will work to deliver customized solutions, giving you peace of mind your kids will be treated
fairly, taxes payable will be minimal, your retirement income will be protected, and your business will be kept in the
family.
