I am a Certified Financial Planner and Certified Executor Advisor with a focus on planning for individuals and families. I look at a client's whole situation and make a recommendation based on what is right for them. If using Mutual Funds or Life Insurance products do not suit the situation, I refer the client to another professional.
My goal is to provide client-centered service with personalized solutions tailored to individual client needs. I am not a "generalist" and focus on the following areas:
Estate planning: Assisting clients with planning for the future, including drafting of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Directives, and Trusts.
Incorporations: Helping clients incorporate their businesses.
Business and Corporate Matters: Maintenance of corporate records, drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements and other contracts, advising on corporate governance, and helping with business transactions.
