I am a semi-retired Private Investigator on sabbatical currently volunteering at my local hospital.I have served as a para-director at my local funeral home, and am excited to serve the recently bereaved as an Executor Advisor. Jasmine has over 30 years of extensive
experience in the field of estates and trust law, including estate planning, trusts,
powers of attorney, and estate and power of attorney litigation, and has developed particular
expertise in charitable bequest management. In 2022 Jasmine was awarded the Friend of CAPG by the Canadian Association of Gift Planners and in 2023 the Exemplary Gift Planning Advisor Award from the CAPG Greater Toronto Chapter.  Jasmine was designated a Certified Specialist in Estates and Trusts Law by
the Law Society of Ontario in 2004 and has been recognized by
Lexpert® as a leading practitioner in Estate and Trusts and Charities for over 2 decades, along with being peer-rated and
listed by The Best Lawyers in Canada in the specialty of Estates and Trusts
since 2009. The author of two books one on Powers of Attorney and Capacity (2nd edition) and the other on Bequest Management for Charities (2nd edition), Jasmine is also a frequent speaker and writer.
