I am a Project Management Professional, having taken several $100MM projects from concept to customer. Managing an estate is a project, with stakeholders, tasks, dependencies, durations, quality controls and (most importantly) communication. These are all aspects of project managers, but in addition, I bring a sensitivity to the emotional side of the equation that is critical to the successful disposition of an estate. I do not bring professional experience as a lawyer or accountant, I bring the personal experience of having participated in the *planning* of estate *processing* with testators, and then losing those loved ones and needing to "close out" their lives both in the financial and emotional senses.
