Real estate has always been part of my life.
I grew up in a family of Realtors, so conversations about homes, negotiations, and helping people move through life's biggest milestones were part of everyday life. Long before I became a Realtor myself, I was learning that buying or selling a home is about far more than bricks and mortar—it's about people.
As a teenager, I worked in construction and at several local businesses in Toronto's Beaches, including Meat on the Beach. Those experiences taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and building lasting relationships within the community I now proudly serve.
Before real estate, I spent years in the waterproofing industry. My former employer remains a close friend, and today I have the privilege of serving as his family's trusted Realtor. That relationship means a great deal to me because it reflects the kind of long-term trust I strive to earn with every client.
I also serve in the Canadian Army Reserve, where I have spent the majority of my military career with the 48th Highlanders of Canada. In 2005, I deployed to Afghanistan. Military service has shaped who I am—teaching leadership, integrity, adaptability, and the importance of staying calm under pressure. Those qualities continue to guide the way I work with my clients every day.
I entered real estate in 2008, and over the years I've had the privilege of helping clients through nearly every stage of life. I've celebrated first-time home purchases, helped growing families find more space, assisted with investment properties and rentals, and guided clients through some of life's more difficult chapters, including divorce, financial hardship, and the loss of a loved one.
No two transactions are ever the same. Every situation brings its own challenges, and my role is to help make the process as smooth as possible.
My job doesn't end with paperwork.
Whenever I can, I'm happy to roll up my sleeves. Whether it's arranging trusted trades, coordinating painters, organizing repairs, helping prepare a home for sale, or even making the occasional run to the dump, I believe that exceptional service means doing whatever reasonable task helps my clients achieve the best possible outcome.
Over the years, one area has become especially important to me: estate real estate.
After my father's partner passed away without a will, my family experienced the estate process firsthand. Fortunately, we had a knowledgeable family friend who guided us through it. The experience opened my eyes. I realized that much of what I thought I knew about estates and probate was incomplete, and I began studying the process in depth.
That journey led me to become a Certified Executor Advisor (CEA).
Since then, I've developed a particular passion for helping executors and families navigate one of the most emotionally and financially significant transactions they may ever face. I've also seen firsthand that estate properties are often marketed very differently. Some are presented exceptionally well, while others miss opportunities that can significantly affect the final sale price.
Helping families understand those differences—and ensuring every estate property is prepared, marketed, and sold with the care it deserves—has become one of the cornerstones of my business.
Whether you're buying your first home, preparing for your next chapter, or settling a loved one's estate, my commitment is simple:
Treat every client the way I would want my own family to be treated—with honesty, hard work, practical advice, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
Self employed fee-only financial advisor for over 30 years. I have held the CFP and R.F.P. designations for 27 and 28 years respectively
I am a former owner of a fee-only financial advisory firm and we prepared approx 400 personal T1 tax returns, 75 corporate tax returns and 8-10 trust returns annually.
I recently completed my CEA (Certified Executor Advisors), and enjoy assisting executors and trustees to ensure they fulfill their legal obligations.
I am a financial advisor with Investia Financial Services Inc. I also provide personal insurance solutions. I have achieved my EPC designation. My goal is to educate investors so they are aware of the choices they have made. It is important for me to have a relationship with you not your money.
